Our intricate wooden modeling kits go through a very detailed inspection before they are shipped to our customers. Every now and then, we may miss a defect. Before you start assembling the model, we ask that you carefully inspect all the boards so that any defects can be caught before assembly. And if any of the boards are damaged, whether during the manufacturing or the packaging process, we will replace the product no matter how long you have had the model for. To qualify for the replacement, the model needs to be in the original packaging and all the parts intact on the boards. We will cover the shipping charges both ways.
If you are not fully satisfied with your model purchase, for any reason, we offer a full refund or you can exchange it for any item of the same value within 30 days of the purchase date. The model needs to be in the original packaging with your proof of purchase and all the parts on the boards must be intact in order to qualify for a full refund or an exchange.
